Furthermore featured in this recent photograph drop appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up development schemes to transform the sprawling island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in notations in red and features a legend labelling different areas of the estate.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring layouts for dock shelters.
