WHere is a home-style version of a beverage from a new cocktail list. Designed as a party-sized premix which is packed with tastes of the holiday season, making it excellent for your celebration. Any leftover syrup you can use for morning drinks, desserts, or for additional servings of this cocktail.

To make the Clementine Cordial (produces 750ml)
300ml recently pressed clementine juice
200ml recently pressed lemon juice
500g caster sugar
Ingredients for the Drink (yields 850ml, enough for 10)
400ml premium vodka
100ml London dry gin
150ml peach liqueur
200ml citrus syrup (as made above)
Whole cranberries, for garnish
Mandarin essential oil, as a final touch
Method
For the Syrup: Place all the components into a pan, bring to a gentle boil, mixing until the sugar dissolves. Then, remove from the heat and let it to cool down entirely. Transfer into a sterilised bottle, cap it keeping it in the refrigerator, it will last for about a month.
Preparing the Cocktail Base: Pour all the liquid ingredients into one big jug, let it rest for 60 minutes, then filter it best through muslin, to ensure it's perfectly clear.
When ready to serve: Measure 85ml of your batch mix into a stirring glass containing ice, gently stirring lightly for one minute to cool it down. Filter to a frosted cocktail glass or similar, garnish with some cranberries and complete it with a brief mist of mandarin oil over the top.
